First, starting with the restaurant's name -- it appears to be some sort of mixed marriage. Bistro is a French word and applied to a Chinese restaurant -- odd. The food was not as authentic as a real Chinese restaurant should be. Therefore, the price is consider a little too pricey. This restaurant will do good business for that is the kind of environment the American folks prefer. I do not recommend it to anyone as far as for Chinese food."
