"I brought guests from Canada to the New Mandarin Delight on New Year's Eve for dinner and found the restaurant to be unclean, especially the restrooms. This makes me question whether the restaurant has had health inspections? We wonder what the kitchen looks like?

The seating was dirty, the plates, cups had 'crud' on them. The pupu platter was thick with grease or oil on the outside when touched. The food was mediocre (wontons were dark brown and overcooked).

I had gone to this restaurant when they first moved from across the street and had not found this problem. I'm sorry to see this happen to the building space. I will not go back."
