Who We Are and What We Do

Hello! Welcome to Daisy Troop 8062 on cyberspace. We are from Rancho Peñasquitos, San Diego, California. We had our Investiture Ceremony in October 2001. Currently, we have 8 girls in our troop. Kristin, Grace, Alyssa, Stacy, Talia, Helen, Sandra and Kristina. Our wonderful leader, Ms. Jane, and asst. leader Ms. Michelle.

Becoming a Girl Scout is an exciting thing for us. We are learning to sing songs, play games, do crafts and are learning about Girl Scouting.

Our Current Plans and Activities

Bridge to Brownie Girl Scouts We will begin working on our "Bridge to Brownie Girl Scouts Award" by attending the Daisy Brownie Fun Day. The Brownies will teach us about Brownies and help us earn the brownie "Playing Around the World" try-it. We'll also participate with them in a service project to collect pet food to donate to the Helen Woodward Animal Center. The pet food is then given to senior citizens who aren't able to afford food for their pets. We will be officially become Brownie Girl Scouts on June 04, 2002. And have our new Brownie Troop 8062 web site.
