Overlooking our traditional Koi pond and Chinese gardens, Orchid’s
intimate setting offers a fusion of traditional Chinese cuisine with a
French flair created with the culinary expertise of Executive Chef
Christopher Moore, a graduate of the world-renowned Scottsdale Culinary
Institute. Combined with over 14 years experience and classic training in
French Cuisine, he is considered one of the Valley’s top chefs with an
overall sensitivity toward mingling culture and ingredients.
Chef Moore’s signature menu offers luscious dishes such as Tuna Tartare in
Wasabi Leaves, Gingered Crab Moons, Pan roasted Manila Clams with New
Zealand Green Lip Mussels, and Barbeque Duck Breast with Mango and Black
Bean Sauce along with a bounty of more traditional and fusion dishes.
Our Martini Lounge offers a list of over 20 specialty martinis as well as
an extensive wine and beverage list, which perfectly pairs with our menu.
With a vibrant happy hour and a late night “Martini Social” Orchid most
certainly is for those wanting to see and be seen.
With a spacious dining room and outdoor patio, Orchid can easily host your
celebration banquet up to 300 people. Orchid also offers 4 connected
dining rooms, each capable of seating up to 10 people or being combined
